إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا عَالِينَ to Pharaoh and his elites; but they acted arrogantly and they were a tyrannical lot.
