At-Takwir
The Overthrowing
81:29
28
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ but you will not wish unless it is wished by Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.
