At-Tawba
The Repentance

9 11
لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ They observe toward a believer neither kinship nor covenant, and it is they who are the transgressors.
